Commission Terms Of Service委托规则和流程
1. GeneralBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable with.委托即表示您已阅读并同意以下条款。
我保留拒绝任何我不适合或不愿意绘制的委托的权利。2. What I OfferI accpet commissions for:
-Semi-realistic illustrations
-Chibi (Q-style) full body characters
-Fanart/ Derivatice work
-Environment, multiple characters, and mechanical elements
-NSFW content (must be discussed clearly before payment)
-Create Characters3. What I not Offer.Don't commissions me if you want
-Photo Copy
-Super realistic style
-StoryBroad (Not yet for now)
-Comic (Not yet for now)
-Hardcore concept design
-Femboy/ Futa/ Extreme fetishes, Torturing.4. NSFW Content Policy
-I m only person who judge whether the commission belong to SFW or NSFW.
-All NSFW details must be clearly discussed before payment.
-The cost is higher then usual due to not every social media can post it. Be in mind.
-I will reject any related to gay, femboy, futa, extreme fetishes, Torturing, no Juvenile characters in NSFW.
-I reserve the right to refuse specific themes or fetishes.5. Payment-Full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start the Sketching.

-Payment methods: TNG(Malaysia) /Wise or Paypal(non-Malaysia).
-付款方式使用：TNG(马来西亚)/Wise 或Paypal (非马来西亚)6. Commission Process-I will provide at least 2 rough composition sketches for approval before proceeding.

-Once the sketch has chosen, I will provide rough colors for approval
-草稿决定后，我提供颜色草图确认
-Once the color has chosen, I will continue to the final artwork.
-一旦颜色确认之后将继续完成最终作品。
-I will update the progress once or twice when I think is ready.
-在绘制最终作品时，以我的判断，我会雇主更新一或两次。7. Revisions-Up to 2 minor revisions are allowed during each stage.
-草图阶段和色稿阶段，各可小改。最多 2 次。每超过一次就+10％
-No major changes after the final artwork is completed.
-完稿后不接受大幅修改，仅限小调整。
-Additional revisions may require extra fees.
-额外修改可能会收取额外费用。8. Cancellation & RefundCancellation after work has started will not be refunded.
一旦开始绘制，将不接受退款。
If the commissioner cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be discussed.
若在开始绘制草稿前取消，可视情况讨论部分退款。9. Copyright & Usage-I retain full copyright of the artwork unless otherwise agreed.
-除非另有约定，作品版权归我所有。
-The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use only.
-委托者仅可用于个人用途。
-Commercial usage requires additional fees.
-商业用途需额外购买授权。
-I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
-我有权将作品用于作品集与社交媒体展示。10. Deadline & Communication/ DiscussionEstimated completion time will be discussed before payment.
完成时间将在付款前确认。
Delayed responses from the commissioner may affect delivery time.
若委托者回复延迟，交稿时间将顺延。
Commissioner must have clear idea or brief, in order to make the process works smoothly. If not I will reject the commissions.
希望委托者能友清晰的想法或需求，能让接下来每一个步骤顺利。若委托含糊不清毫无头绪，请恕我拒绝此委托。11. Artist's RightI reserve the right to stop the commission if the client is disrespectful or violates these terms.
如遇不尊重行为或违反条款，我有权中止委托。
Drawing Steps绘制过程
After Understanding the brief or idea from Commissioner and get the Payment
草图(２个选项）Sketch: 2 option provided
若草稿阶段有回馈，并会发多一次修改后版本，再确认方向正确。If having feedback on sketch, Will send one more time for confirmation.
优化和颜色草稿 Refine and Rough Color Process
60% 阶段，60%Process
完稿 Finished.
每一个阶段可以小改两次，查过两次后，每一次更改需加总额10%
Each Stage allows 2 minor changes (=10%)
60%阶段，若条件符合和有说服力，委托人享有一次更改或调整的权利。
1 major change allowed during color stage or 60%progress.
NO major changes after final rendering.

Commission Step委托步骤
委托前请先详细阅读条款和规则。排单后将默认你已经详阅切同意委托规则。
Please read the Term of Service carefully, It would be assumed that you accept all of them once you are in the waiting list.
若你想要委托我帮你绘画，可以点击下方Google Form 链接填写资料细节。
If you want commission me to draw, please write the Google Form which button link given below.
一旦我收到委托者的google form后，我会联系委托者询问详情和提供价格。讯息时间大概是6pm到9pm之间。若我错过了，请您私讯提醒我。
Once I received the google form. I will contact commissioner for further information or detail, and the cost. Message time might be around 6pm to 9pm. Remind me if I not message commissioner after the time.
双方确认完委托的细节和详情报价后，将会收取50%定金财开始绘制草稿。
After confirm the commission details and pricing, 50% deposit is required before starting the sketches.
绘制过程流程和时间安排。我会通知委托者。详情可看“Drawing Step”
Drawing progress and time manage will inform commissioner. For more Detail can look "Drawing Step".
完稿后，会让委托者查看jpg，方便做最后的小调整。
After Finished, The artwork jpg will sent to commissioner. In order to make final minor changes.
委托者满意后，付清款项后会交付高清解析度的档案(PSD档案)
The high-resolution image and PSD file will be delivered after the payment.
